Responsibilities
In this role, you will maintain the documentation architecture for UK and IEs affiliate notifications issued to external customers, manage updates and revisions, implement the marketing plan for customer notifications in alignment with departmental strategy and wider business goals, assess volumes and types of affiliate notifications using reporting tools to ensure product quality and safety oversight for Roche stakeholders, act as the subject‑matter expert for documentation and work closely with the customer experience/insights team to identify pain and gain points, and support, train and educate commercial and technical teams in sourcing and self‑serving customer notification data and documents.
Qualifications
Degree and/or postgraduate degree in a Science subject – Biomedical Science preferred. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a highly complex, cross‑functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes. Proven track record in writing customer‑facing technical communications.
Desirable
* Technical Writer qualification
* Operational knowledge of the NHS and context of healthcare
* Understanding of the laboratory diagnostics market
* Experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google suite to intermediate level
* Experience of CRM systems
