About this Role


To support the development of a positive and respectful school culture by promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement. The successful candidate will work directly with students and staff to ensure that the school environment remains calm and purposeful and in line with the school values. The post holder will model high expectations and deliver intervention to contribute to creating a culture for every student to thrive and success.

Skegness Academy is a Secondary Academy located in Skegness. All staff at the academy have high expectations and strive for quality and consistency so there are aspects of lessons which young people will see regardless of their age, ability or subject; they will always know what they are learning, why it is relevant and how they will know if they have succeeded. With ever-changing specifications weighted towards exams at the end of the course, it is very important that our preparation for exams is a marathon and not a sprint which is why we start early, building the knowledge, skills and resilience that our students need to succeed in life after compulsory schooling.
