Primary Teaching Assistant (SEMH)
Prospero Teaching is working with an ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated SEN School based in Winchester, recruiting a Primary Teaching Assistant (SEMH).
The school seeks individuals who are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, approachable, positive, and flexible. Candidates should be able to communicate with pupils in a manner that encourages and supports them, fostering trusting relationships.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable, especially with autistic children and those with social communication difficulties. A team-oriented attitude, patience, understanding, and a willingness to develop are essential qualities.

* Self-reflective, eager to learn, and proactive
* Experience supporting individuals with Autism
* Willingness to complete Safeguarding online training
* Ability to complete a face-to-face interview via video call
Eligibility Criteria:
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
* Provision of two professional child-related references
