The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager, helping at the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop. You will also:
* Help our customers and put them at ease – listening to find out more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our fantastic products, recommending items they hadn't considered or simply offering a basket, the little things that make a difference.
* Get to know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them – the more info we can give our customers the better.
* Help our stores run smoothly – ensuring we have the right products displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service on our tills, or helping with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with other members in the team to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable – a store everyone can be proud of.
You will be provided with award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Shift Pattern and Hours
Varied hours are available, including weekdays, evenings and weekends. This is a permanent role and applicants must be able to commit to the advertised hours on a permanent basis. Candidates should be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week.
