Hours:Full Time – 37.5 hours perweek
Location: Flexible acrossthe Essex and South Eastarea
Thepurpose of our Technology Specialist is to ensure RHCUK colleaguescan access the
resources they need while protecting theIT services through managing the starters, leavers and mover’sprocess. To provide effective and responsive technology supportacross all RHCUK, specifically on starters, leavers and movers. Tomaintain and improve technology services
available toall end users.
Whatyou will do:
* Focuson identity management, including creating
and amendinguser accounts
* Work throughITSAR tickets to ensure timely and
accurateresolution
* Provide supportfor account-related issues, such as
password resets,access problems, and other
identity-related concernsthat users mightencounter
* Keep detailedrecords of account creation
activities and generatingreports
* Collaborate with theInfrastructure Specialist (Identity
Management), ServiceDesk, architecture,
integration, solution delivery, andsecurity teams
* Support andassist with planned projects and change
via a Helpdeskticketing system
* Contributeto continual service improvement across
all servicesprovided by the Technology Services
Team to thebusiness
* This post carrieson-call commitment and requires
occasional late eveningand weekendworking
Whatyou willbring:
* Experiencein providing IT technical support within a
multi-site,largeorganization
* Experience increating and maintaining up-to-date
procedures andtechnicaldocumentation
* Experiencewith Service Now, Active Directory, Azure
AD, Workday,and MicrosoftEntra
* Experience of beingable to plan own work, deliver with
limited directsupervision and changing priorities and
workload
