Our client, a MARKETING business near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next growth phase. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values its staff.
THE ROLE
* Serve as a finance business partner collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
* Partner with agency leadership to develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
* Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to provide variance analysis.
* Liaise with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media.
* Support creation of PowerBI dashboards for forecasts and budgets.
* Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
* Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
* Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
* Prepare and present monthly management information, including P&L performance, debtors, WIP, and unbilled media summaries.
* Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams.
* Work with business leads to maintain profitability and develop improvements.
* Assist with contract management, reviewing contracts, scopes, timesheets, and fee proposals.
* Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system integration.
* Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
