We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support young students with SEN. This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful Teaching Assistant will work one-on-one with students, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.
Responsibilities
* Work one-on-one with students, supporting their individual needs and SEN requirements
* Assist the Teacher with classroom preparation and management
Qualifications
* A genuine desire to inspire and motivate students and colleagues
* The ability to assist the Teacher with classroom preparation and management
* Strong listening skills and the ability to understand students' individual needs
* A resilient approach and the ability to differentiate instruction
* Prior experience is essential

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring the correct amount of tax and National Insurance is deducted. There are no administrative charges taken from your salary.
