Overview
We’re working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a talented team and drive impactful marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and performance within a supportive, collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
* Shape and deliver the group’s marketing strategy and annual plan.
* Manage budgets and ensure activity delivers strong ROI.
* Oversee major marketing projects, including website launches and multi-channel campaigns.
* Review and sign off all marketing content for brand consistency and quality.
* Track and report on marketing performance using relevant data and analytics tools.
* Stay current with market trends, customer insights, and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver engaging, effective marketing activity.
* Support recruitment, mentoring, and appraisals within the marketing department.
About You / What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a similar Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
* Experience leading a marketing team and managing budgets.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, GA4, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
* A data-driven approach with a creative mindset.
* Experience managing marketing across multiple brands or divisions.
* Knowledge of the construction industry.
* Experience organising events or trade shows.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices.

Working arrangement
