We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us identify and engage potential customers worldwide. The SDR role is crucial as the first point of contact with our leads. You will be instrumental in fueling our global sales pipeline. This is a high-volume activity role, perfect for someone who thrives on initiating new conversations and qualifying prospects. Responsibilities: Conduct a high volume of cold calls daily to reach out to prospects around the world. Engage with leads across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads and book product demonstrations for the Sales Executive team. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities. Work collaboratively with a global team across different time zones. Grow in SaaS & digital sales, with a strong focus on a consultative approach. Provide feedback to the product team on trends, objections, and opportunities. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the in vacation rental/ hospitality industry. Proven ability to perform high-volume cold calling and outreach. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory proficiency in English. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus. A clear motivation to build a career in sales—this role is designed for those eager to grow and learn. Confidence in starting conversations with new people and engaging decision-makers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused while handling high-volume outreach. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot, Gmail, or Google Drive is a plus. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, you take ownership and keep pushing forward.
