* Use data and performance insights to refine and optimise content continuously
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
* Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to:
* Accelerate content ideation and drafting
* Generate creative variations for different audiences
* Improve efficiency and scalability of content workflows
🧠What You Bring
* 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, editorial, or digital marketing roles
* Exceptional writing and editing skills—you can simplify complex ideas into engaging content
* Strong understanding of audience behavior and platform dynamics
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A structured, analytical mindset with a creative edge
* Proven experience using performance insights to drive content decisions

* Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
* Hands-on experience creating visual content using Canva or similar tools
