Duties:

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials or promotions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and process bills efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in restocking service areas and supplies as needed
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy hospitality environment preferable in 4*/5* hotels
