We're looking for a proactive and hands-on B2B Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of our wholesale and trade operations. Based at our busy Stratford-upon-Avon site, you'll lead a team of warehouse operatives to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant fulfilment of bulk orders for our B2B customers.

What You'll Do:
· Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives handling B2B/wholesale orders
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation, palletisation, labelling, and dispatch of goods
· Work closely with account managers, logistics, and transport partners
· Maintain compliance with customer and retailer requirements (labelling, documentation, packaging)
· Monitor stock accuracy and coordinate replenishments for trade accounts
· Uphold health & safety standards while motivating and training your team
What We're Looking For:
· Experience in warehouse operations, ideally with B2B or wholesale fulfilment
· Proven leadership or supervisory background
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of stock management systems/WMS
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
