Repairs Planner - Temporary Contract (Until June 2026)

Rate: £15 per hour

Temporary contract running until June 2026. The role involves coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair works, managing resources, and ensuring service delivery meets service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and allocate repair works to operatives and subcontractors
* Manage diaries and ensure appointments are met within SLAs
* Liaise with tenants, clients, and engineers to coordinate works
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
* Update internal systems with accurate job and status information
* Resolve scheduling issues and react to emergencies as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role (ideally within repairs, housing, or maintenance)
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Competent IT skills and experience using scheduling systems
