About the Role: You will be the first voice our clients hear. In this fast-paced support role, you'll take inbound enquiries across phone, email, and WhatsApp, guiding customers through our prepaid service options, converting leads, and helping them complete bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide clear, friendly support
* Help customers understand service packages and complete online checkout
* Cross-sell and upsell services where appropriate
* Route non-standard or large enquiries to the right team internally
* Respond to client follow-ups and maintain positive customer experience
Requirements:
* Background in customer service or sales, ideally within a services business
* Clear communicator with excellent phone and written skills
* Comfortable with digital tools and online booking platforms
* Confident, calm, and proactive under pressure
* Fast and confident on the phone with a strong desire to convert sales
