Hours: Part-Time (15 hours)
UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities.
Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24-hour support with:
14. Personal Care
15. Medication
16. Finances
17. Accessing the Community

19. Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms

Shift Patterns Include:
21. 7:30am – 3:00pm
22. 2:30pm – 10:00pm
23. 8:00am – 8:00pm
24. 8:00pm – 7:30am (Waking Night)
25. 9:30pm – 7:45am (Waking Night)
26. 10:00pm – 7:30am (Sleep-In)
Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts, including some sleep-ins
