The Role This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping, executing and optimising global digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, product management and content, you will lead the planning and delivery of data-driven digital programmes that support revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online revenue. Lead customer lifecycle marketing initiatives including acquisition, lead nurturing, upselling, cross-selling, loyalty and reactivation campaigns. Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across email, paid media, social platforms, SEO and marketing automation tools. Set weekly and monthly performance targets and continuously improve results through data-led optimisation. About You Minimum 8 years’ experience in a senior digital marketing role within a fast-paced technology or eCommerce environment (experience in pro audio, AV, media or technology retail advantageous). Demonstrated success developing new digital revenue channels and managing eCommerce platforms, including subscription-based products. Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, online advertising and customer lifecycle management. Proven ability to interpret analytics data and build dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
