Partner with Account Executives to deeply understand customer IT landscapes, business drivers, and pain points.
Design and articulate fit-for-purpose, secure, and scalable cloud solutions on Google Cloud.
Lead AI discovery by facilitating executive overview sessions and use-case driven interviews with business stakeholders to uncover high-impact opportunities.
Own the value & impact analysis of potential AI use cases, translating qualitative pain points into quantitative business cases (ROI, time savings, efficiency gains) that are commercially compelling.
Translate discovery notes into a prioritised backlog of projects to drive AI transformation, identifying quick wins as well as longer-term strategic initiatives
Work in partnership with the Professional Services team to validate that proposed AI use cases are technically viable, ensuring a smooth transition from "Strategy" to "Delivery".
Perform confident, high-level demonstrations of Google Cloud products to spark customer imagination and excitement.
You will be expected to map customer requirements to specific Google Cloud capabilities (e.g. Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery) and explain how the solution would technically function at a high level.
Ensure all proposed use cases adhere to security best practices and Google's Responsible AI principles, guiding clients on how to innovate safely.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competing cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and translate this knowledge into effective competitive positioning against alternative solutions.

Possesses an inherent ability to build trust quickly with both technical and non-technical business leaders through competence and clarity.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to distil concepts into concise, compelling narratives.

A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills, able to think on their feet and architect creative solutions to address customer pain points and unknowns.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, able to pivot between deep-dive consulting work and sales support depending on the needs of the business

Committed to continuous learning in the fast-paced cloud & AI landscape, staying current with Google Cloud product releases and industry trends.

Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role

While we offer a flexible hybrid model working 2 days per week in our Leeds offices, you should be willing to travel to client sites for critical workshops and presentations when required.

A strong foundational understanding of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem is required. You should be comfortable discussing how data, infrastructure, and AI models interact within GCP
The following certifications are highly desirable:
Google Cloud Digital Leader
Google Cloud Generative AI Leader
The ability to configure light technical demos or "art of the possible" prototypes using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder) is a distinct advantage.
