Hays are working with a large and growing Manufacturing business in Telford who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis this is to provide administrative and operational support to the Projects department, ensuring effectivemunication, documentation management, and coordination across customer experience and logistics functions.
Your new role
As a Sales and a Projects Administrator, your role will involve:
1. Supporting Direct Customer, Intepany and Partnermunication.
2. Updating of customer contact information within the CRM System.
3. Updating of Work in Progress for Capital Equipment business functions within thepany ERP / CRM system.
4. Collaborating with other Customer Experience departments, to enhance overall customer experience.
5. Supporting Inbound Sales Order Management.
6. Project Documentation Management.
7. Documentation creation supporting the Sales Order Receipt & Processing process.
8. Work within thepanies QMS procedures and processes at all times.
9. Escalating Issues /plaints where necessary.
10. Relationship management with customers.
11. You will work within thepanies QMS procedures and processes at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
12. Experience of working in an agile, fast-paced, environment with the ability to lead and adapt in a changing business environment.
13. Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team environment.
14. Experience of working in a customer facing role.
15. Experience in using Microsoft Software.
16. Excellentmunication Skills – verbal and written.
17. Dynamic with growth aspiration withinpany and role.
18. Sage 50 or 200 experience or similar accounting / planning software package is preferable.
