Description
Build strong relationships with member firms through regular engagement, meetings, and support
Manage client enquiries and referral workflows, ensuring efficient coordination and high service standards
Onboard new members to the network and guide them through the full engagement process
Report on network performance, trends, and activity using management information systems
Organise and facilitate a calendar of in-person and virtual events across Scotland
Act as an ambassador for the network at external engagements and legal sector functions
Contribute to the promotion and visibility of the network across the Scottish legal landscape
Profile
A qualified solicitor (ideally NQ to 5 years' PQE) with experience in private practice
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in business development and professional collaboration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in public speaking and event coordination
A creative mindset with a desire to challenge the norm and bring fresh ideas
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive and close-knit team
