Job description：
1. Daily operation for UK property rental clients, including but not limited to material preparation for lease period, registration and update of utilities and electricity, management of daily problems, property inspection after the lease period, etc.
2. Responsible for maintaining client relationship, negotiates with client to solve the problem, reduces complaint rate;
3. Uses English to communicate with overseas resources and solves the problem of property rental clients;
4. Handles paperwork on a daily basis, including but not limited to bilingual correspondence, English communcation, file archive, etc.
5. Cooperates with department head to complete other work.
岗位职责：
1.英国物业租赁客户的日常运营工作，包括但不限于租赁期的材料准备、租赁期的硬件报修、信件收发、水电气等注册更新、日常问题处理等，租赁期后物业检查等；
2.负责维护良好的客户关系，利用客户协商解决客户的问题，降低投诉率；
3. 使用英语与海外相关资源进行沟通并解决客户问题；
4. 处理日常工作中的文书工作，包括但不限于双语书信往来、英文沟通、文件存档等；
5.配合部门负责人完成其他工作。

3. Work experience unlimited, we can train you if you have no relevant work experience
4. Able to think independently and put forward constructive suggestions.
