Site Services Operator
Location: Lisburn
Contract: Full Time
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the CHP Lead and working collaboratively across site, the Site Services Operator, is responsible for the safe and efficient running of all site services and the upkeep of the site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure smooth running of CHP plant and other services such as chilled network, C02 compound, steam and compressors.
2. Conducting basic preventive maintenance tasks
3. Completion of all associated paperwork
4. Ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standard.
5. Support in close off of snags and corrective actions across site.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Essential Criteria:
7. At least 3 years of experience of operational and/or maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
9. Effective organisational and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast paced cross functional environment.
11. Experience of preventative + autonomous maintenance.
12. Ability to supervise contractors in the performance of routine services and breakdown maintenance.
13. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
14. Experience of H+S practices such a LOTO
Desirable Criteria:
15. Knowledge of generating unit operation/CHP operations.
16. Ability to read and interpret procedures, manuals and drawings.
17. Root cause analysis, examining failures and reporting skills.
