Who we are looking for
We’re looking for an App Marketing Designer to join our team, working across App Store creative and paid media campaigns for a range of mobile apps and brands.
This role sits at the intersection of creative design, testing and app growth. It combines creative design with testing, problem solving, project coordination and client collaboration. You’ll be creating work that not only looks good, but performs well, and you’ll be involved in the thinking, testing and development behind that work.

What you’ll do
• Design creative assets for App Store, Google Play and paid media, both static and motion.
• Create app store assets such as screenshots, app preview videos, feature graphics, app icons, In App Events, Custom Product Pages, Custom Store Listings and Promotional Artwork for Apple and Google.
• Develop concepts and creative ideas from briefs and turn them into clear, well structured design work.
• Produce creative variations for testing and work with the team to review results, understand what worked, and apply those learnings to future creative.
• Contribute ideas to testing roadmaps and creative strategies, not just individual designs.
• Manage multiple pieces of work at once, keeping projects organised and delivered on time.
• Work closely with ASO, Paid and Client teams to make sure creative supports campaign goals and testing plans.
• Present creative ideas and explain design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain brand consistency across different clients while adapting creative to suit different audiences and platforms.
• Contribute to internal marketing materials, case studies, social content and presentation decks when needed.
• Collaborate with developers on website and UI related design work where required.
• Use AI tools where appropriate to support creative development, idea generation, workflow efficiency and testing.
• Keep up to date with App Store and Google Play requirements, new formats, AI tools and mobile design trends.
Essential Skills and Experience
• Experience working on major app brands.
• Experience with app creatives and App Store Optimisation (ASO) for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Motion skills are beneficial.
• Comfortable using Figma and preparing files and assets correctly for delivery.
• Strong layout, typography and visual design skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage your own workload and work across multiple projects.
• Confident in communicating and presenting to clients.
• Interested in mobile apps, digital marketing, performance creative and how testing improves results.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and as part of a collaborative team.
• Open to using AI tools in your workflow and interested in how AI can support creative and marketing processes.
Nice to have, but not essential.
• Experience creating paid social or digital advertising creative.
• Motion or video editing skills.
• Experience working in an agency or working across multiple brands.
Location and working pattern
• Permanent, full time role
• Standard hours: 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid or remote working as agreed
