What You\'ll Do
Support individuals with day-to-day tasks - from personal care to life skills
Encourage independence, confidence, and decision-making
Be a companion, mentor, and advocate
Help people access the community - shopping, social events, work placements
Handle challenging behaviour with compassion and calm
Be part of a team that feels like family
Kindness, patience, and a sense of humour
Willingness to learn and grow
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience is great - but attitude matters more
A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
