Overview
Join one of the UK’s leading group litigation teams at the forefront of claimant-side collective redress.
Responsibilities
You will help progress complex, high-value cases alongside senior colleagues, handling individual claims and assisting with strategic issues common across large client cohorts.
Day‑to‑day duties include reviewing documents, preparing witness statements, issuing instructions to counsel, drafting pleadings and correspondence, liaising directly with clients, managing queries, providing updates, and playing a hands‑on role in progressing matters to trial.
Skills & Qualifications
You are not expected to have prior specialist knowledge of collective actions; full training will be provided.
Strong organisation and time‑management skills, the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and excellent client‑care skills are essential.
We seek a highly ambitious, self‑motivated individual comfortable working within a team and on their own. The successful candidate should be a forward‑thinking individual whose attitude and approach to work are as important as previous experience.
The PQE mentioned is a guide only; applications are welcomed from anyone with the necessary skills and experience. The successful candidate must be experienced and confident in managing a small caseload through the litigation process.
