Bright Sparks Day Nursery is well placed for easy commuting from Nuneaton and Coventry.If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse with a Level 3 qualification, we would love to hear from you.*What to expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator** As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND needs.* Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.* Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.*Essential Criteria*Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. - Previous experience working in a nursery setting. - Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proven track record in delivering not just high-quality care but a truly child-centric mindset. This role requires written formal report writing on a frequent basis, so the candidate should already hold this skill. Paediatric First Aid Certification_._*Desirable Criteria*Computer Literacy, SEN Training, Equality and Diversity TrainingApplicants must also undertake an enhanced DBS check or be subscribed to the update service.
