Key Responsibilities
As a Business Admin Apprentice, you may do jobs such as:
* Answering the telephone, taking down any messages and passing them on to the relevant person within the office
* Dealing with customers via telephone and email
* Resolving customer issues
* General admin duties i.e. filing, photocopying, scanning and shredding
* Using internal databases for recording information
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including franking the mail
* Using a range of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel
* Using a range of office equipment i.e. printer, laminator and shredder
* Ensuring data protection policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
