The main responsibility of this role is to provide strategic business analysis services to Speedy. The focus is to work closely with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of Speedy’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and operational context.
Responsibilities
1. Lead large and complex projects, providing consultancy experience.
2. Work with the Head of Business Analysis to define measurable benefits aligned with strategy.
3. Support the Head of Business Analysis in leading and promoting business analysis across Speedy.
4. Mentor the Business Analyst team on techniques, best practices, and standards.
5. Support your team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
* Experience working in Agile teams using SCRUM frameworks.
* Strong user story mapping skills.
* Ability to create process models using BPMN.
* Experience in risk and benefits impact analysis.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
* Goal-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong planning, presentation, listening, and influencing skills.
* Judgment to assess situation complexity and escalate when necessary.
* Quick grasp of concepts and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
* Self-management skills for workload and priorities.
* Team player, influential, and capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Use Cases, Process Maps, Data Flows, and Diagrams.
* Experience collaborating with Developers and Architects.
