This centre is part of a leading and fast-growing Garden Centre Group, well known for its award-winning customer service and strong focus on career development. About the role: As an Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Department Manager, you will spend 7 months of the year overseeing Outdoor Leisure products such as furniture, BBQs, and patio heaters, while the remaining 5 months will focus on managing the Christmas department. You will balance creative visual merchandising with a strong commercial sales focus, leading your team to deliver a unique customer experience while driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency throughout the seasonal cycles.
