Commercial Property lawyer of 0 to 5 years’ PQE is required by this directories-listed Commercial Property team in Leeds to join their increasingly busy department. The team is one of the largest in the region and is the perfect place to further develop your skills and career with full support from our talented and highly regarded real estate lawyers. The successful candidate will support the team on a range of transactions and matters across multiple sectors, as well as working on their own caseload of smaller matters (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision depending on your PQE).
If you are already qualified you will currently be working in a reputable Commercial Real Estate team and will ideally have experience of dealing with a range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold interests, commercial landlord and tenant matters, assisting on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions and property finance. If you’re early in your career you will have good solid training and experience, gained in a sizeable firm and have undertaken a seat in Commercial Property and/or Real Estate Finance.
