We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team in Reading.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling their own caseload of residential property matters with minimal or no supervision.
You must be confident dealing with:
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Remortgages
* Shared ownership matters
* New build purchases
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage files efficiently are essential.
Qualifications are desirable but not essential — we value practical experience and proven ability just as highly.
This is a full-time office-based role in Reading.
Salary is highly competitive and dependent on experience, with bonus opportunities available.
