Our
Opportunity
As a Training Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the
design, delivery, and evolution of training programs across our hotel, support,
property and farming communities. This position requires a dynamic individual
with a strong background in training and development, capable of delivering
impactful programs focused on revenue enhancement, performance management, and
coaching. The expectation is to deliver training four days out of five,
ensuring the continuous improvement of our teams.
