Interim Commercial Lawyer (Marketing) | 12-Month Contract | Global Consumer Brand
Are you a commercially minded lawyer with strong marketing and advertising experience looking for a high-impact in-house role?
This is a standout opportunity to support a fast-moving global business on key EMEA marketing and commercial initiatives.
We’re partnering with a leading international organisation seeking a Commercial & Marketing Counsel to advise on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional campaigns.
What you’ll do:
* Advise on EMEA marketing and advertising law (consumer, IP, privacy, pricing).
* Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (sponsorship, agency, partnerships).
* Support campaigns end-to-end with marketing and comms teams.
* Review and approve consumer-facing content.
* Collaborate with global legal teams on cross-border projects.
* Develop templates, playbooks, and processes.
Who we’re looking for:
* 5+ PQE with strong commercial and marketing/advertising experience.
* Private practice and/or in-house background (consumer/tech preferred).
* Pragmatic, confident, and effective in fast-paced environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgment.
* UK or EU qualified (languages a plus).
