As an Analyst, you will support the origination and execution of acquisitions, mergers, divestments and business sales. Taking ownership of key workstreams, managing diligence and preparing clear materials for senior stakeholders. Through your strong numerical and analytical skills, you’ll build financial models and run valuation analysis to support decision making. You will also research sectors across mining, metals, energy transition and related infrastructure while working with colleagues across our global network.
* Specific interest in critical minerals and natural resources and the broader sector landscape.
* 1–2 years’ of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, equity research or corporate development.
* Strong modelling and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail that allow you to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
