They’re now hiring a HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of key people initiatives, and help shape the future of the organisation. You’ll have a seat at the table and the freedom to make a real impact across the business.
This role is hybrid, with regular presence onsite at their Salisbury HQ.

What You’ll Bring
* Proven HRBP or Senior People Partner experience in a fast‑paced or technical environment.
* A strong understanding of strategic HR – you’re as comfortable designing frameworks as you are influencing leaders.
* Experience leading projects across L&D, career development, and organisation design.
* Confident working independently and partnering closely with leadership.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
