Great opportunity to work as a Security Officer for our client, a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat. Staffline is recruiting Security Officers to work in Didcot. The rate of pay is £14.49 per hour. You will be working a shift pattern of 4 days 3 nights 4 off, 3days 4 nights 3 off. Your shift timings will be 5am to 5pm and 5pm to 5am so you must be happy to work both days and nights. Your Time at Work As a Security Officer, your duties will include: - Patrolling the site, on foot or by vehicle - Access and Egress control - Monitoring of visitors, staff and customers to the sites - Responding to security breaches and medical incidents - Ensuring all customer standards are met on each site Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Area Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key. You must be flexible and available to work on a shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends. We are looking for people who currently hold a valid SIA licence. You will also need to have a full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
