Responsibilities
1. Organise your work and plan your time with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning duties do not interfere with customer experience.
2. Use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training.
3. Interact positively with colleagues and customers, demonstrating a friendly nature and good communication skills.
4. Clean and prepare various areas within the club, including gyms, changing rooms, showers, and poolside areas.
5. Manage waste removal and perform periodic deep cleaning tasks.
6. Operate equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in a similar role is preferred. You should be well-organized, attentive to cleaning processes, and committed to maintaining a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for customers.
