In this pivotal role, you’ll help coordinate logistics, fulfilment, and operational processes between our Australian HQ, UK/EU 3 PL partners, major retailers, and digital platforms. You’ll ensure our customers - from Boots to Amazon to our online community - receive a seamless, premium experience that reflects the JSHealth brand at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Be Doing
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
* Manage end to end stock forecasting, inventory control, and fulfilment across eCommerce and retail.
* Work closely with our 3PL partners in the UK and the Netherlands to monitor performance, resolves issues, and maintain service excellence.
* Coordinate EU stock transfers and customs documentation to maintain optimal stock levels and compliance.
* Help manage purchase orders, replenishment schedules, and inbound stock from UK manufacturers.
* Upload and monitor stock movements within Business Central for accurate reporting and decision making.
* Partner with the internal QA team to manage product quality assurance and release processes.
Retail & eCommerce Operations
* Liaise with retail partners to manage listings, product content, and inventory availability.
* Oversee updates to product pages, imagery, and content across retailer and JSHealth websites.
* Work with HQ teams to implement technical updates, product launches, and merchandising campaigns.
* Conduct daily website checks to ensure optimal customer experience - from checkout flow to product visibility.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure customs classifications, commodity codes, and import/export processes meet regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with compliance consultants on the UK and EU market regulations and product registrations.
* Identify opportunities to streamline logistics and operational workflows as the business scales.
What You’ll Bring
* 2-4 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within eCommerce, FMCG, or consumer goods.
* Strong knowledge of 3PL management, inventory systems, and international freight or customs procedures.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders - from warehouses to global teams - with professionalism and precision.
* Analytical mindset with confidence using ERP systems (preferably Business Central) and data for forecasting and decision-making.
* Exceptional organisational skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience in wellness, beauty, or health brands.
* Hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA and retail operations for UK/EU markets.
* Familiarity with customs and trade compliance across the UK and EU.
