About the role
Are you passionate about helping students take the next step in their education journey? We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Student Recruitment & IAG Officer to provide an outstanding recruitment and onboarding experience for all potential and current IEG students. From the first enquiry to supporting students through enrolment and beyond, you'll help ensure every student feels supported and inspired to succeed.
You'll be an essential part of our recruitment team, coordinating admissions, providing advice and guidance, and supporting events like open days, school visits, and enrolment sessions. This role also involves assisting with bursary and transport processes, maintaining accurate student records, and collaborating across teams to deliver the best possible student experience.
What we're looking for
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* Strong communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in administration and working in a customer-facing role
* Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion
* A willingness to work towards a Level 3 IAG/Administration qualification if not already held
