* Leading day‑to‑day financial operations and controls

* Managing and developing the Financial Controller and wider finance team
The Person
* Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)
* A strong Finance Director or Senior Financial Controller background
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across the business
* Hands‑on, commercially focused, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
