We are looking for an experienced and driven Communications Manager to join the IPRS Health - a market-leading healthcare business.
This position offer REMOTE working within the UK with occasional travel.
This role will report into the Operations Director and play a key part in delivering marketing strategy across the IPRS Health Brand.
This is a pivotal role, offering a unique opportunity to own, shape and deliver the marketing strategy for the company which is committed to innovation and excellence in clinical services, rehabilitation and assessment services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, support sales growth, and reinforce each brand's position in the market.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies for IPRS Health,
* Plan and manage marketing activity including digital, print, PR, events, and social media
* Support the talent acquisition team to present a modern and attractive front door for potential candidates, including recruitment campaigns and effective landing pages on the website,
* Rebuild and Manage websites and digital platforms - ensuring brand alignment and optimisation for performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and content that reflect brand tone and voice
* Create and develop an internal communication newsletter to keep staff abreast of the business plans which encourages staff engagement.
* Track campaign performance and ROI, producing regular reports and insights for the senior team
* Support business development through bid support, sales collateral, and lead generation activity
* Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and partners where needed
* Ensure marketing activity is consistent with compliance and brand guidelines
* Develop and own and internal comms publication keeping colleagues abreast of the business strategy and important changes.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Strong marketing background with experience managing multiple brands or business units
* Confident developing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
* Excellent communicator - both written and verbal - with a keen eye for detail and tone
* Highly organised, creative, and results-driven
* Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, email, paid media and social
* Experience in planning and delivering events (e.g. conferences, exhibitions, webinars)
* Experience working in health, clinical or professional services is helpful
* Able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
