ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to own and evolve Elliot Brown’s social presence across key platforms. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how to balance brand storytelling, product credibility, and performance‑driven content.
You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life daily, showcasing the durability, engineering, and real‑world use of our watches in a way that resonates with both professional users and aspirational customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Content and Channel Management
* Own the day‑to‑day management of Elliot Brown’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
* Plan, schedule, and publish content in line with the brand and product calendar
* Work with the marketing team on content requirements
* Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and brand positioning across all platforms
* Adapt content for each platform, understanding differences in audience and behaviour
Community and Engagement
* Manage comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner
* Build and nurture a community of watch enthusiasts, professionals, and brand advocates
* Engage with customers, ambassadors, and partners to strengthen brand loyalty
* Identify and interact with relevant voices in watches, military, outdoor, and adventure spaces
* Spot cultural and brand‑relevant moments and act quickly to create content
Performance and Optimisation
* Track and report on key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion
* Use insights to continuously refine content strategy and output
* Identify high‑performing organic and paid content for potential amplification
* Work closely with the wider marketing team to align all company campaigns
Campaign Support
* Execute social rollouts for product launches and brand campaigns
* Support ambassador and partnership activity across channels
* Ensure consistent messaging across all social touchpoints
REQUIREMENTS
* 2–4 years’ experience in a social media or content role, ideally within lifestyle, outdoor, or premium product brands
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Proven ability to deliver content that drives engagement and supports commercial goals
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and CVR
* Experience managing budgets with a focus on efficiency and profitability
* Confident analysing performance data and making informed optimisation decisions independently
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Commercial awareness: understands the role of social in brand growth and revenue
* Genuine interest in watches, craftsmanship, outdoor pursuits and/or adventure
DESIRABLE
* Experience working with ambassadors or brand partners
* Experience withKlaviyo (email marketing)
* Experience withShopify
* Experience with Google Shopping and Google Ads
* Experience in a DTC or growing brand environment
