Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing expert town planning advice within the housing sector
2. Managing and coordinating planning applications and approvals
3. Conducting detailed site assessments and feasibility studies
4. Preparing comprehensive planning reports and documentation
5. Collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
6. Advising on planning policy and regulatory requirements
7. Attending and representing the company at planning meetings and hearings
8. Assisting in business development activities and client relationship management
Job Requirements:
9. Chartered Town Planner with significant experience
10. Background in private consultancy or housing development is preferred
11. In-depth understanding of the housing sector and relevant planning regulations
12. Strong analytical and report writing skills
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
