Job Description: Are you passionate about customer service and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
1. You will be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole
2. Coordinating daily service reports, daily/weekly conference calls with customers, and using various internal/external IT systems.
