* Ability to provide expert advice on public data information rights, particularly in relation to technical, environmental, and infrastructure-related information.
* Experience in developing strategies to manage the reputational and political considerations associated with disclosures.
* Experience advising on best practices for data privacy and public information rights compliance.
* Experience in managing and responding to ICO investigations, including developing response strategies and liaising effectively with the Information Commissioner's Office.
* Background in data privacy law, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the energy sector, public sector, or similar industries.
