SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR – PATIENT & RETAIL CATERING

ISS Healthcare and ISS Food (within Healthcare) are major growth areas for our business – and we’re looking for a Solutions Director – Patient & Retail Catering to play a pivotal role in driving that success.

What you’ll do:
* Drive patient and retail catering sales in healthcare settings
* Lead, develop and inspire subject matter experts and support teams in the sales process
* Support delivery of sales targets with a focus on Healthcare catering
* Contribute to the development and execution of our sales strategy
* Define key markets, geographies, and target clients to drive growth
* Manage the end-to-end sales process and convert new business
* Ensure best use of ISS commercial tools and processes
* Identify and deliver strategic sales initiatives, supporting customer engagement
About You:
* Demonstrable experience of working as a Business Development Manager within Healthcare – with experience of Patient or Retail Catering preferred
* Comprehensive understanding or pricing and commercial models
* Proven success converting business solution bids into wins
* Excellent track record in new business development and client relationships
* Experience driving growth and profitability within the service industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
