He is full of energy, loves being active in the community and thrives with the right support. You will work on a 2:1 basis, delivering tailored, person-centred care in his home and out in the community. Your Key Responsibilities: ✔ Administering medication ✔ Moving & handling (hoist use required) ✔ Gastrostomy & personal care ✔ Supporting with community activities & outings ✔ Completing admin tasks & light household duties Training & Support We provide fully paid, high-quality training to CQC standards, including: ✔ Full induction & ongoing development ✔ Safeguarding Adults ✔ Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene ✔ Moving & handling (hoist use) ✔ Administration of medication via PEG ✔ Gastrostomy care & pressure area care ✔ Epilepsy awareness All training must be completed prior to start date and is paid at £15.00 per hour Requirements What We’re Looking For: Day shifts: Full UK driving licence required Previous care experience (essential) Reliable, flexible & willing to cover shifts when needed Friendly, energetic & a great team player Committed to long-term, person-centred care Benefits Be Part of a Team That Truly Cares At HomeCareDirect, we are committed to safe, fair, and high-quality recruitment.
