What we are looking for A qualified teacher with Early Years Professional Status or an equivalent Level 6 qualification. Proven experience as a good or outstanding Early Years practitioner with a track record of improving pupil outcomes. Confident in using assessment data to inform planning and drive improvements in teaching and learning. A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to establish clear standards and expectations. Proficient in using ICT to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment. Demonstrates high expectations, a positive attitude, and a commitment to equality and safeguarding. Experience working with children with SEND and involvement in home-to-nursery transition is desirable.
