Aizo is a fast-growing UK supplier in the heating and energy sector (qualityheating.co.uk). We supply boilers, heat pumps, solar, EV chargers, cylinders, underfloor heating and more — serving installers, developers, housing associations, property managers and contractors across the UK.
We’re scaling our B2B commercial operation and looking for an experienced, well-connected sales professional to own and grow a territory across the South of England and key UK cities.
The Role
A hybrid of field sales and account management. You’ll spend time in front of customers — visiting sites, building relationships and winning new business — and time behind the scenes, preparing quotes, tracking live projects and anticipating upcoming opportunities before they go to tender.
This isn’t a pure hunter role. We want someone who can open doors and keep them open — managing accounts properly, staying close to customers throughout the project lifecycle and becoming their go‑to contact for heating and energy procurement.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a portfolio of trade accounts across the South of England and major UK cities
* Visiting customers regularly — installers, contractors, developers, housing associations and property managers
* Preparing competitive quotes and proposals tailored to project scope and product requirements
* Tracking live projects and pipeline opportunities — anticipating needs before the customer has to ask
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory
* Supporting customers on product selection, system specification and value engineering
* Collaborating with the internal team on order management, pricing and fulfilment
* Feeding market intelligence back to inform commercial strategy and product positioning
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a field sales or account management role in HVAC, heating, renewables or a related trade sector
* Solid knowledge of heating and energy products — boilers, heat pumps, cylinders, solar, EV chargers and related systems
* An existing network of trade contacts — installers, contractors, developers or housing associations across the South UK
* Comfortable managing the full sales cycle: from prospecting and quoting through to close and ongoing account management
* Organised and proactive — able to track multiple live opportunities and stay ahead of project timelines
* Confident communicator at all levels — trade professionals, procurement managers and senior decision‑makers
* Based in the South of England with a full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the territory
