Our client, a reputable international bank located in the heart of City of London, is looking for a
Risk Officer
.
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the Bank's financial risk management and regulatory reporting functions. You will work closely with the Risk Manager on day-to-day risk operations and assist in preparing key regulatory submissions to UK authorities, including PRA requirements.

[Responsibilities]
(1) Maintain the Bank's risk and ALM reporting framework in line with applicable regulations and internal policies
(2) Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including LCR, NSFR, PRA110, COREP, FINREP, and other required returns
(3) Support the preparation and periodic update of ILAAP, ICAAP, Recovery and Resolution Plan (RRP), and Pillar 3 disclosures, ensuring alignment with ALM strategies and risk appetite
(4) Monitor and analyze the Bank's asset and liability profile, including f/x risk, interest rate risk and liquidity risk, and provide inputs to management
(5) Carry out liquidity and capital stress testing, incorporating ALM assumptions and scenarios, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Board and regulators
(6) Assist in maintaining ALM-related policies, procedures, and documentation, and contribute to internal and external audit processes
(7) Any other ad hoc duties as required by management
[Requirements]
(1) Strong understanding of PRA regulatory requirements and prudential risk frameworks
(2) Minimum 2 years' relevant experience within UK financial indsutry
(3) Proven experience in ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Planning, and ALM oversight
(4) Solid knowledge of Credit, Market, and Liquidity Risk
(5) Experience in stress testing methodologies and regulatory reporting
(6) Familiarity with risk systems and Excel-based modelling tools
(7) FRM, CFA, ACA or ACCA qualification preferred
(8) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
(9) Any Korean language sill is a plus
