We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school team on a long-term, ongoing, temporary basis starting in November 2025.

Duties as EYFS Teaching Assistant:
* Provide support to pupils across the EYFS setting, both 1:1 and in small groups.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Help to create a positive, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
* Support the social, emotional and educational development of young learners.
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant:
* Experience of working within EYFS or a nursery/early years setting.
* A patient, positive and caring approach.
* Strong understanding of early childhood development.
* Good communication and teamwork skills as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
* A relevant qualification in childcare/early years is desirable but not essential.
